Chopper Twirls Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Frequented Southern California Beach
A helicopter flying over a crowded coastal coastline suddenly began spiraling out of control, eventually losing altitude and crashing into a cluster of palm trees as beachgoers looked on.
Videos shared online show the chopper commencing to spiral near Huntington Beach then plunging towards the perimeter of the coast, where it ends up lodged between palm groves and a set of stairs adjacent to the Pacific Coast highway.

Emergency responders stated five individuals were rushed to the hospital comprising two individuals who were in the helicopter and were âextracted safely from the crash siteâ subsequent to the crash on the weekend.
Three individuals on the street were hurt. Information on their injuries were not immediately available.
The reason for the accident was not immediately released.
